A baseline schedule review can help eliminate surprises that inhibit not only the project’s success, but also its profitability. We typically utilize Primavera® software to analyze baseline schedules and monthly updates. During project execution, we compare monthly schedules to the baseline to analyze as-built progress and re-sequenced work. We provide information on the project’s status, which allows for real-time decision making. Our proactive approach will aid in the successful completion of a project, which is dependent upon maintaining schedule progress, mitigating delay impacts and avoiding cost overruns.
